How much does Tikitfy cost?
One flat fee per paid ticket, agreed up front, with no setup cost or monthly minimum. Free tickets are free. You choose whether to absorb the fee or pass it to the buyer.
How fast can we go live?
Most organizers publish their first event the same day. Migrations with seat maps and existing customer data typically take one to two weeks with a dedicated onboarding manager.
Can we keep our own branding and domain?
Yes. The shop runs on your domain with your colours, fonts and email sender. Attendees never see a Tikitfy brand unless you want them to.
When do we get paid?
Revenue is paid out the next business day after each sale by default. Weekly or per-event payouts are available if your accounting prefers it.
