Your tickets, in your wallet

Sign in to the Tikitfy Wallet to find your tickets, download another copy, change the name on a ticket or transfer it to someone else — without emailing anyone.

Step 1

Sign in to your Tikitfy Wallet

Your wallet holds every ticket you have ever bought through a Tikitfy-powered shop, across all organizers. There is no password to remember and no app to install — it works in your phone browser.

Use the same email address you ordered with. If you are not sure which one, check for a confirmation email from the organizer; the address it was sent to is the right one.

Tip: add the wallet page to your home screen before the event — it works offline once your ticket is loaded.

1

Open wallet.tikitfy.nl

Or tap “View my tickets” in any confirmation email.

2

Enter your email address

The one used for the order. Nothing else is needed.

3

Open the magic link we email you

It arrives instantly and signs you in with one tap. The link is valid for 15 minutes and works once.

4

You are in

All your tickets, past and upcoming, grouped by event.

How To

Get another copy of your ticket

Lost the email, changed phone, or the QR code will not load? You can always pull a fresh copy yourself — the barcode is regenerated, so an old screenshot simply stops working.

Every ticket in your wallet can be resent by email, downloaded as a PDF, or saved as an Apple or Google Wallet pass that updates automatically if the organizer changes the time or venue.

Only the newest copy of a ticket is valid. Older emails and screenshots are automatically voided to stop duplicates at the door.

1

Sign in to your wallet

See the steps above if you have not yet.

2

Open the event

Tap the event, then the ticket you need.

3

Choose how you want it

“Email me this ticket”, “Download PDF”, or “Add to Apple / Google Wallet”.

4

Check the barcode loads

Open it once before you travel so it is cached on your phone.

How To

Change the name on a ticket

Some events print the attendee name on the ticket or check ID at the door. If you bought for friends, or a name is misspelled, you can reassign it yourself — as long as the organizer has name changes switched on.

Changing a name issues a new barcode to the new attendee and voids the old one. Your order and payment stay under your account.

Most organizers allow name changes up to a few hours before doors. Some charge a small admin fee, shown before you confirm.

1

Open the ticket in your wallet

Tap the event, then the specific ticket.

2

Tap “Change name”

If you do not see it, the organizer has disabled name changes for this event.

3

Enter the attendee details

Full name as on their ID, plus their email if you want them to receive the ticket.

4

Confirm

The new ticket arrives instantly; the previous barcode stops working.

How To

Transfer a ticket to someone else

A transfer moves the ticket out of your wallet and into theirs. They get their own barcode and their own entry — you do not have to be there, and you never have to share a screenshot.

Transfers are free, instant and reversible until the recipient accepts. Your payment stays with you: Tikitfy does not move money between attendees, so settle that between yourselves.

Reselling above face value is blocked on Tikitfy transfers. Where an organizer runs an official resale, you will see a “Sell this ticket” option instead.

1

Open the ticket and tap “Transfer”

One ticket at a time, or several at once from the order view.

2

Enter their email or phone

They receive a link to claim the ticket into their own wallet.

3

They accept

They open their own magic link and the ticket appears in their wallet with a fresh barcode.

4

Done

Your copy is voided automatically. You can cancel the transfer any time before they accept.

Good To Know

Refunds, changes and cancelled events

Refund rules are set by the organizer, not by Tikitfy — we process tickets on their behalf. Their terms are shown at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the organizer decides whether refunds are automatic or on request. When a refund is approved it goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Booking fees are refunded with the ticket when an event is cancelled by the organizer.

1

Check the event terms

Open the event in your wallet — the refund policy is on the ticket detail page.

2

Request from your wallet

If the organizer allows self-service refunds you will see a “Request refund” button.

3

Otherwise contact the organizer

Their contact details are on the same page; they can approve it in seconds.

4

Watch for the confirmation

You get an email the moment the refund is issued, with the expected arrival date.

On The Night

Getting in without stress

Your ticket is the QR code in your wallet. Screenshots of an old email may be void, so open the ticket from the wallet itself — once loaded, it works even if the venue has no signal.

If the ticket shows a name, bring matching ID. For under-18 or licensed events, door staff may check age separately from your ticket.

Re-entry depends on the event. Your ticket page says whether pass-outs are allowed.

1

Load your ticket before you arrive

Open it once on data, then it stays available offline.

2

Turn brightness up

Scanners read a bright screen far faster than a dim one.

3

Have ID ready if named

Name-checked events will ask at the door.

4

Flat battery? Go to the box office

Staff can look you up on your name, email or order number.

Common Questions

Quick answers

I never received my confirmation email. Where is my ticket?

Check spam and any promotions folder first, then sign in to your wallet with the email you paid with — the ticket is there whether or not the email arrived. If the wallet finds nothing, the order may have been placed with a different address, or the payment did not complete. The organizer can confirm; their details are in the shop you bought from.

Can I use one ticket for two people?

No. Each barcode admits one person once, and a scanned barcode is rejected the second time. If you bought several tickets they are separate barcodes — transfer one to each person so everyone has their own.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Almost never. The QR code on your phone is the ticket. If an organizer requires a paper ticket they say so at checkout, and you can download the PDF from your wallet.

The event was rescheduled. Is my ticket still valid?

Yes, in nearly all cases — your ticket rolls over to the new date automatically and the barcode stays the same. Apple and Google Wallet passes update themselves. If you cannot make the new date, check the event page in your wallet for the refund option the organizer has set.

Who has my personal data?

The organizer of the event you bought from is the data controller; Tikitfy processes it for them. You can see and export your own data, and delete your wallet account, from the wallet settings. See our security page for how it is protected.

Something looks wrong with my order. Who do I contact?

Start with the organizer — they can change names, resend tickets, refund and fix door issues immediately. Their contact details are on the ticket page in your wallet. If you cannot reach them, our support team can help identify the order at [email protected].
