Quickstart

Your first event in three calls

1

Create an API key

Dashboard → Settings → Developers. Test keys start with sk_test_ and never move real money.

Create an event and a ticket type

Two POST requests. Prices are integers in cents; times are ISO 8601 with a timezone.

Publish and embed

Flip the event to live and drop the checkout embed on your site — or link straight to your hosted shop.

Core endpoints

Base URL https://api.tikitfy.nl/v1 · JSON in and out · idempotency keys on every POST.

GET /events List events, filter by status, date range or venue
POST /events Create an event
POST /events/{id}/ticket_types Add a ticket type with price, quantity and sale window
GET /orders List orders; expand tickets, buyer and payment
POST /orders Create a comp or box-office order
POST /refunds Refund an order, a ticket or an amount
GET /tickets/{id}/validate Validate a barcode for a device and zone
POST /webhooks Register an endpoint and choose events
DELETE /webhooks/{id} Remove a webhook endpoint
GET /payouts Payout batches with per-order breakdown

Rate limit 600 requests / minute per key. Sandbox at api.sandbox.tikitfy.nl mirrors production with test cards.
